ICI Purchasing provides Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) procurement and project management support services for the hotel, casino and resort industries.

We are focused on assisting you with your purchasing and renovation efforts, no matter how large or small. We will act as your agent for all matters concerning FF&E procurement, its production, delivery and installation. You receive the direct supplier, vendor or manufacturer cost with no mark-ups and no hidden refunds or rebates.

ICI Purchasing:

• Will function as your dedicated purchasing consultant and Agent.
• Will provide assurance that your products will meet industry standards.
• Maintains a large database and hospitality product library.
• Provides accurate and timely completion of your project.
• Provides alternate sourcing, pricing and bidding options.
• Produce all FF&E procurement documents.
• Schedule and expedite delivery of FF&E.
• Provide itemized budget controls and progress reports.

On-Site Management (Optional):

• Coordinate with client, architect and general contractor.
• Bid, select and manage the installation contractor.
• Provide detailed documentation and inspection of each order delivered.
• Resolve punch-out issues.
